Process
The admission process at Koona Presidency Matriculation Hr. Sec. School starts every year in the month of February / March.
For admissions, the parents should do following steps:
- Schedule appointment with the admissions office.
- Buy the application form.
- Submit the completed application form within the sent due date .
Eligibility
- For Kindergarten admissions, the age limit is at least 3 years as of June 1st .
- For Class I, the age limit is 6 years as of June 1st.

- Birth Certificate ( Photo Copy )
- Transfer Certificate ( Original )
- Community Certificate (Photo Copy)
- Passport size photograph
- EMIS Number
- Income Certificate ( RTE Applicants Only )
- Rank Card of the last exam appeared ( Photo Copy )
For New Admission
- Applications are invited in the month of February/March every academic year for Kindergarten Admission.
- For applicants seeking admission from I Std to XII Std their admissions are subject to availability of seats in those particular classes.
- Keeping in view of the G.O. as per the R.T.E Act of 2009, the policy of admission at the school will adhere to the Government policy and priority will be given to the weaker sections of the society.
